As funny as it sounds, a purple creek is no laughing matter! Apparently someone dumped a purple substance down a storm drain, leading to 500 feet of pipe being flushed before drinking water could be contaminated! Whoever did it could face up to a fine of 10 grand if they’re caught red– uh, purple-handed.
